We are founded and based in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), the international financial centre of the UAE’s capital and the world’s first jurisdiction regulating voluntary carbon credits as a type of financial instruments.

We are a proprietary asset management company and a financial advisor regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of the ADGM. Our regulated status ensures we maintain the highest standards of financial and operational integrity, strictly adhere to rigorous regulatory requirements, and implement best practices in risk management and compliance.

Our Co-founders

Our two Co-Founders met back in 2015 when they developed the IFSA Network. The non-profit is now the world’s largest finance student association with offices in 18 countries and over 1,500 volunteers and over 15,000 alumni. The organisation helps thousands of people by providing them with educational content and networking opportunities.

Jules Maitrepierre

Co-Founder, Executive Director

Jules started his career at ACT Commodities as a Quantitative Researcher where he built solid foundations of emissions and energy derivatives trading as well as policy analyses. He later joined MET International where he traded energy and emission derivatives and where he built the environmental products trading activities of the group from scratch. He was then recruited by Munich Re where he primarily traded weather and energy derivatives.

Ivan Mozharov

Co-Founder, Executive Director

Ivan advised UAE-based institutional investors and family offices on investments into venture capital and private equity. As a part of his journey, Ivan was living in Zimbabwe where he was launching an investment fund focused on supporting local housing and mining. Ivan also held asset management positions in Kazakhstan. He started his career at Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs and was one of the first employees at Mubadala’s office in the CIS region.
